Description Fluorescent probe for imaging hydrogen peroxide (H 2 O 2 ) in mitochondria of living cells. Displays enhanced emission at 528 nm in the presence of H 2 O 2 . Selective for H 2 O 2 over superoxide, nitric oxide and hydroxyl radical. Detects local increases in H 2 O 2 in an in vitro model of Parkinson's Disease.
