• Description: Potent dopamine receptor antagonist (K i values are 0.2 nM and 0.3 nM at D 1 and D 5 receptor sub-types, respectively). Blocks quinpirole-induced K ir 3 (GIRK) currents (EC 50 = 268 nM) independently of receptors.
