| Description | SCR7 pyrazine is a DNA ligase IV inhibitor which blocks nonhomologous end-joining (NHEJ). It is reported to increase the efficiency of homology-directed repair (HDR) up to 19 fold. SCR7 pyrazine is also reported to inhibit cancer cell growth and enhances the cytotoxic effects of radiation in in vivo mouse models. |
