Puromycin induces apoptosis in Jurkat cells. Cells were grown to 70% confluence. Then, 2 µM Puromycin (ab141841) or vehicle was added for 6 hours. At the end of the incubation, cell proteins were resolved by SDS-PAGE and probed with anti-cleaved Caspase 3 antibodies.
