Hydrolysis of ß-Casein by ab134446. ß-Casein (0.5 mg/ml) was incubated in 50 mM Tris-HCl, pH 7.5, 150 mM NaCl, 0.5 mM CaCl 2 with or without htrA4 (10 µg/ml). After indicated time intervals 15 µl aliquots of the reaction mixtures were withdrawn and analyzed by SDS-PAGE.
