> 90 % by SDS-PAGE. Staphylococal Protein A was purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. Purity: Greater than 90.0% as determined by: (a) Analysis by RP-HPLC. (b) Anion-exchange FPLC. (c) Analysis by reducing and non-reducing SDS-PAGE, Silver Stained. Note: A specific purification process was used to get the recombinant protein A with the purity of more than 98% , no human IgG affinity step is used during validated fermentation and purification and the protein is devoid of bacterial contaminants found normally in native Protein A. (Free of Staphylococcus endotoxins and hemolysin).
