Induction of Tie-2 phosphorylation in primary culturd HUVECs. Serum-starved human umbilical vein endothelial cells were treated with 200 ng/ml of BSA (Co) or 200 ng/ml of Angiopoietin-1 (ab109138) for 15 min. The phosphorylation of Tie-2 (Phospho-Tie-2) was measured after immunoprecipitation.
