| Bioactivity | Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. When rhvWF-A2 (Catalog # 2764-WV) is coated at 1 μg/mL (100 μL/well), the concentration of rhGPV that produces 50% optimal binding response is found to be approximately 10-50 ng/mL. Measured by the ability of the immobilized protein to support the adhesion of thrombin-activated human platelets. When 5 x 10 6 cells per well are added to rhGPV coated plates (5 μg/mL, 100 μL/well), approximately 50%-70% will adhere after 1 hour at 37 °C.
