Specific activity of ab198146. Assay conditions: 50 µL reaction mix (20 mM phosphate buffer pH 7.4, 0.05% Tween-20, 20 µM S-adenosylmethionine, and 50-200 ng enzyme complex) add to the wells coated with the substrate.
