CD32-A/C Antibody (B-3) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b kappa light chain antibody that detects CD32-A and CD32-C of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). CD32-A/C (B-3) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. CD32, also known as Fc gamma RII, serves as a low-affinity receptor for the Fc fragment of aggregated immunoglobulin G (IgG), playing a crucial role in immune response by mediating immune complex clearance through macrophages. This function maintains homeostasis and prevents autoimmune reactions, as IgG binding to CD32 delivers inhibitory signals to B cells, thereby regulating antibody production. CD32 exists in several isoforms due to alternative splicing of three distinct genes—A, B, and C—resulting in FcgRIIA, FcgRIIB1, FcgRIIB3, and FcgRIIC. These isoforms are expressed on various immune cells, including monocytes, placental trophoblasts, endothelial cells, and B lymphocytes, with specific isoforms also found on neutrophils.
