Cylindromatosis 1 Antibody (E-10) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects cylindromatosis 1 in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-cylindromatosis 1 antibody (E-10) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Cylindromatosis 1, encoded by the human CYLD gene located on chromosome 16q12.1, plays a crucial role in cellular signaling by acting as a deubiquitinase, which is essential for regulating protein degradation and maintaining cellular homeostasis.
