ab10409 staining EGF in human normal skin tissue sections by Immunohistochemistry (frozen sections). Tissue was fixed with formaldehyde. Samples were blocked with 10% serum for 30 minutes at 21°C followed by incubation with the primary antibody at a 1/500 dilution for 30 minutes at 21°C.
