Product images
ab21238 staining Epac2 in the bronchial surface epithelial 16HBE14o- cell line by ICC/IF (Immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence). Cells were rinsed twice with phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) and then fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde for 30 minutes at 4°C, permeabilized with 0.5% Triton X-100 in PBS for 15 minutes and blocked with 10% fetal calf serum (FCS) in PBS for 30 minutes at room temperature. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/200 in PBS + 10% FCS) overnight at 4°C. An Alex Fluor®568-conjugated Goat anti-rabbit IgG was used as the secondary antibody. The corresponding image taken in brightfield is shown on the right.
