Immunoprecipitation analysis of 293T lysates (Lane 1) labeling EXOSC3 with ab184961 at a 1/50 dilution and a negative control PBS (Lane 2).  Anti-Rabbit IgG (HRP), specific to the non-reduced form of IgG was used as secondary antibody at a 1500 dilution.
