Immunohistochemical analysis of formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human brain tissue staining FCP1 with ab135588 at 1/10 dilution. The antibody was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining.
Flow cytometric analysis of WiDr cells staining FCP1 using ab135588 at 1/10 dilution (bottom histogram) compared to a negative control cell (top histogram). FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.
