ab72052 staining FMN2 in Mouse MEF cells by ICC/IF (Immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence). Cells were fixed with formaldehyde, permeabilzed with 1% Triton X-100 and blocked with 10% horse serum + 5% BSA for 1 hour at room temperature. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/500 in blocking buffer) for 16 hours at 4°C.
