ab27417 staining Galectin 10 in human Eosinophil Granulocyte cells by Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence. The cells were fixed in paraformaldehyde, permeabilised in 0.5% Triton X-100 and then blocked using 10% serum for 30 minutes at 37°C. Samples were then incubated with primary antibody at 1/40 for 1 hour at 37°C. The secondary antibody used was a donkey anti-mouse IgG conjugated to Cy2® used at a 1/200 dilution.
