Anti-HDAC9 antibody (ab18970) at 2.5 µg/ml + mouse intestine tissue lysate 50ugObserved band size : 110-140 kDa (why is the actual band size different from the predicted?)Additional bands at : 60 kDa,75 kDa. We are unsure as to the identity of these extra bands.
ab18970 staining human breast cancer cells by ICC/IF. Cells were PFA fixed and permeabilized in 0.5% Triton X-100 prior to blocking in 5% BSA for 1 hour and 25°C. The primary antibody was diluted 1/50 and incubated with the sample for 3 hours at 25°C. A Texas Red® conjugated donkey anti-rabbit antibody was used as the secondary.See Abreview
ab18970 staining HDAC9 in human neuroblastoma by Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence. The cells were fixed in methanol then blocked using 1% BSA for 2 hours. Samples were then incubated with primary antibody at 1/200 for 16 hours at 18°C. The secondary antibody used was a donkey anti-rabbit IgG conjugated to Alexa Fluor® 594 (red) used undiluted.See Abreview
