ab68477 staining Heme Oxygenase 1 in mouse embryonic fibroblasts by ICC/IF (Immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence). Cells were fixed with formaldehyde, permeabilized with 0.2% Triton X-100 and blocked with 1.5% serum for 10 minutes at 25°C. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/100 in 1X HBSS + 0.02% Triton X-100 + 1.5% FBS) for 3 hours at 25°C. An Alexa Fluor® 594-conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG polyclonal (1/1000) was used as the secondary antibody.See Abreview
