ab80256 staining Histone H3 (citrulline 2 + 8 + 17) in human sputum cells by Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence.Cells were fixed in paraformaldehyde and permeabilized using saponin. Samples were then blocked and incubated with ab80256 at a 1/100 dilution. The secondary used was a goat anti-mouse IgG monoclonal conjugated to Alexa Fluor 546, 1/500 dilution.
