ab10687 staining hnRNP Q in the HT1080 cell line from Human fibrosarcoma biopsy by ICC/IF (Immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence). Cells were transfected with scrRNA and then the cells were fixed with ice-cold methanol. Samples were incubated with primary antibody. An Alexa Fluor®488-conjugated Donkey anti-mouse was used as the secondary antibody. DNA staining was performed using DAPI.
