Anti-IFI16 antibody [IFI-230] (ab50004) at 1.4 µg/ml + Total cell extract of Jurkat cells SecondaryHRP-Goat anti-Mouse

Immunocytochemistry analysis showing nuclear localization of IFI16. Jurkat cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde and permeabilized with 0.2% Triton X-100. The cells were incubated with ab50004 (80 µg/mL) and further developed with Rabbit anti-Mouse IgG-FITC conjugate (Figure A). For nucleus localization, the cells were further treated with DAPI (Figure B).
