ab36529 staining human fibroblast cells by ICC/IF. Cells were fixed in formaldehyde, permeabilised in 0.5% triton for 5 min, and blocked with 4% BSA for 1 hour at 20°C. The primary antibody was diluted 1/200 with 4% BSA/TBST and incubated for 2 hours at 20°C.
