ab136918 staining iNOS in human blood vessel tissue sections by Immunohistochemistry (IHC-P - paraformaldehyde-fixed, paraffin-embedded sections). Tissue was fixed with formaldehyde, permeabilized with saponine and blocked with 1% BSA + 5% NGS in PBS for 30 minutes at 20°C; antigen retrieval was by heat mediation in EDTA. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/1000 in PBS + 1% BSA) for 9 hours at 4°C. A Biotin-conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG polyclonal (1/400) was used as the secondary antibody.See Abreview
