Lysate from 293 cells was immunoprecipitated with ab187155 at a 1/50 dilution. For the subsequent blot, ab187155 used at a 1/10000 dilution with Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG, (H+L), Peroxidase conjugated at a 1/1000 dilution for the secondary. Blocking/ Dilution buffer: 5% NFDM/TBST.
