ab84820 staining KCNQ4 in KCNQ4 transfected NIH3T3 cell line by ICC/IF (Immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA, permeabilized with 0.5% Triton X-100 in PBS and blocked with 4% Milk in PBS for 60 minutes at 21°C. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/1000 in PBS) for 1 hour at 21°C. An Alexa Fluor®594-conjugated Goat anti-mouse IgG polyclonal (1/500) was used as the secondary antibody.See Abreview
