Anti-KLF4 antibody [56CT5.1.6] (ab75486) at 1/200 dilution + KLF4 recombinant protein

Immunoflurescence analysis of ab75486 (5 μg/ml). HeLa cells transfected with pMX constructs of human KLF4 (top) and NIH3T3 cells transfected with pMX constructs of mouse KLF4 (bottom) were analyzed at approximately 62 hours after transfection.

Flow cytometric analysis of MCF-7 cells using ab75486 (bottom histogram) compared to a negative control cell (top histogram). PE-conjugated goat-anti-mouse secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.
