ab44941 staining Laminin beta 1 in porcine jejunum tissue by Immunohistochemistry (Frozen sections).Tissue was fixed in methanol/acetone, permeabilized using 0.3% Triton, blocked with 1% normal goat serum for 10 minutes at room temperature and then incubated with ab44941 at a 1/800 dilution for 2 hours.
