ICC/IF image of LRP1 staining on rat mixed glia culture using ab20753(1:1000). The cells were fixed using paraformaldehyde. They were pearmeabilized using 0.1% TritonX om01.% PBS. Once permeabilized the cells were blocked using 10% donkey serum for 1 hour at 24°C. ab20753 was diluted 1:1000 dilution using 0.1% Triton X with 1.0% PBS in 10% donkey serum and incubated with the cells for 4 hours at 24°C. Secondary antibody used was Donkey polyclonal to Mouse IgG conjugated to Alexa Fluor 568 (1:1000).See Abreview
