ab24361 at 3µg/ml staining LXR beta in human spleen tissue section by Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/ PFA fixed paraffin-embedded tissue sections). Tissue underwent antigen retrieval in steam in citrate buffer pH 6.0. AP staining procedure was used for detection.
