ab26405 staining MAFA in Human PANC-1 cell line transfected with synthetic mRNA by ICC/IF (Immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence). Cells were fixed with formaldehyde, permeabilized with 0.05% Triton X-100 and blocked with 5% serum for 30 minutes at 20°C. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/200) for 30 minutes at 37°C. An Alexa Fluor® 555-conjugated donkey anti-rabbit IgG polyclonal (1/400) was used as the secondary antibody.See Abreview
