Anti-MASH1/Achaete-scute homolog 1 antibody (ab38556) at 1/500 dilution + Mouse lung tissue lysate
Immunofluorescence analysis of mouse adult NSCs derived from SVZ, staining TTF1 with ab38556. Cells were fixed with Zamboni's fixative, permeabilized with 0.5% Triton X-100 and blocked with 3% goat serum for 2 hours at 20°C. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/500 in 3% goat serum) for 18 hours at 4°C. An AlexaFluor®488-conjugated goat anti-rabbit polyclonal IgG (1/500) was used as the secondary antibody.
