Anti-MiTF antibody - N-terminal (ab170466) + K562 cell lysate at 35 µg
Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence analysis of HeLa cells labeling MiTF (green) with ab170466. An Alexa Fluor® 488-conjugated goat anti-rabbit lgG was used as the secondary antibody. Actin filaments have been labelled with Alexa Fluor® 555 phalloidin (red). DAPI was used to stain the cell nuclei (blue).
