ab4125 at 1.25 µg/ml staining human skeletal muscle by IHC-P. Tissue sections were subjected to steamed antigen retrieval with citrate buffer (pH6), AP-staining. Shows strong staining in rare nuclei, and weak staining of muscle fibres in longitudinal section.
ab4125 staining MURF1 in mouse lung tissue section by Immunohistochemistry (Frozen sections). Tissue underwent fixation in paraformaldehyde and blocked in 1%BSA for 10 minutes at 20°C. The primary antibody was diluted 1/200 and incubated with sample for 20 hours at 20°C. A Biotin conjugated rabbit polyclonal to goat IgG, diluted 1/500 was used as secondary.See Abreview
