Staining of CD4+CD8+ (blue histogram) and CD4-CD8-CD25+CD44- (purple histogram) C57BL/6 thymocytes with 0.5 µg of Armenian Hamster IgG Isotype Control PE (left) or 0.25 µg of ab95775 (right). Total viable cells were used for analysis.
ICC/IF image of ab95775 stained mouse epiblast stem cells (EpiSCs). The cells were paraformaldehyde fixed and then permeabilized in 0.1% triton, before blocking in 10% Serum, for 1 hour at +4ºC. Cells were then incubated with this antibody (ab95775, 1/200) for 12 hours at +4ºC. DAPI was used to stain the nuclei (blue).See Abreview
