Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded Human cervix carcinoma tissue labeling PACSIN3 with ab192875 at 1/1000 dilution followed by pre-diluted HRP Polymer for Rabbit/Mouse IgG secondary antibody. Counter stained with Hematoxylin.

Immunofluorescent analysis of 4% paraformaldehyde-fixed, 0.1% tritonX-100 permeabilized HeLa cells labeling PACSIN3 with ab192875 at 1/50 dilution followed by Goat anti rabbit IgG (AlexaFluor® 488) (ab150077) secondary antibody at 1/400 dilution. Nuclear counter stain is DAPI (blue).

Western blot analysis of PACSIN3 immunoprecipitated from HepG2 lysate with ab192875 at 1/60 dilution.  Lane 1: HepG2 cell lysate. Lane 2: PBS instead of HepG2 cell lysate.Anti-Rabbit IgG (HRP), specific to the non-reduced form of IgG, was used as secondary antibody at 1/1500 dilution.Blocking/Dilution buffer: 5% NFDM/TBST.
