Immunohistochemical analysis of rabbit bone treated with Parathyroid Hormone, staining Parathyroid Hormone Receptor 1 with ab3271. Antigen retrieval was performed by heat mediation in a citrate buffer and tissue was then blocked with protein block solution for 20 minutes. Sections were incubated with primary antibody (1/50) overnight in a humid chamber before incubating with a biotinylated secondary antibody. Staining was detected using DAB.
