ab11336 staining Parvin alpha in the HT1080 cell line from Human fibrosarcoma biopsy by ICC/IF (Immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence). Cells were fixed with ice-cold methanol. Samples were incubated with a CT45 antibody(green) and Parvin alpha antibody (red)(1/50 in PBS + 1% BSA) for 1 hour at 21°C. An Alexa Fluor®594-conjugated Donkey anti-rabbit was used as the secondary antibody.Key: Left Image cells transfected with scrRNA. Right Image cells transfected with CT45 siRNA.
