Jurkat total cell lysates were resloved by electrophoresis, transferred to nitrocellulose and probed either with anti-phosphor-PKA (T638) antibody solely (Lane 1), anti-phosphor-PKA (T638) antibody plus phosphor-peptide (Lane 2), or with the anti-phosphor-PKA (T638) antibody plus non-phosphor-peptide (Lane 3). Proteins were visualized using an HRP donkey anti-rabbit secondary antibody and a chemiluminescence detection system.
