Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence analysis of formaldehyde-fixed asynchronous HeLa cells labelling Pericentrin with ab99341 at 1/1000 (1µg/ml). A DyLight® 594-conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG (H+L) (1/100) was used as the secondary antibody.
Detection of Pericentrin by Western Blot of Immunoprecipitates in HeLa whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) using ab99341 at 3 µg/mg lysate. Anti-Pericentrin antibody ab99342, which recognizes a downstream epitope, was used at 1 µg/ml for subsequent WB detection.
