ab154579 staining PLAG1 in the HEK293T cell line from Human embryonic kidney by ICC/IF (Immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence). Cells were fixed with paraformaldehyde, permeabilized with Triton X-100 0.3% and blocked with 10% serum for 30 minutes at 22°C. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/400 in PBS + 1% BSA + 0.3% Triton) for 16 hours at 4°C.
