Immunohistochemistry analysis of formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded Human brain tissue labeling RAIN with ab175595 at 1/50 which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining.
Flow Cytometry analysis of K562 cells labeling RAIN with ab175595 at1/10 (bottom histogram) and a negative control cell (top histogram). FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.
