Immunofluorescence analysis of RFP-transfected HeLa cells, staining RFP (green) with ab184195 at 1/2000 dilution. RFP-transfected HeLa cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min. Red staining represents RFP expression in the transfected cell. Nuclei were counterstained with Hoechst 33342 (blue).
