Immunofluorescence analysis of Human U2OS cells, staining RPA32/RPA2 (phospho T21) with ab109394. Cells were fixed with paraformaldehyde, permeabilized with 0.3% Triton X-100 and blocked with 3% BSA+ FBS for 1 hour at 25°C. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/500 in blocking solution) for 16 hours at 4°C. An AlexaFluor®488-conjugated anti-rabbit polyclonal IgG (1/500) was used as the secondary antibody.
