ab25117 staining SDF1 alpha in murine brain tissue by Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections).Tissue was fixed in paraformaldehyde and a heat mediated antigen retrieval step was performed using 10 mM citrate pH 6.0. Samples were then blocked with 10% serum for 30 minutes at 25°C and incubated with ab25117 at a 1/100 dilution for 2 hours at 25°C. The secondary used was an undiluted Alexa-Fluor 488 conjugated goat polyclonal.See Abreview

Immunohistochemical analysis of murine epileptic brain tissue, staining SDF1 alpha with ab25117. Sections were blocked (2% BSA + 10% normal goat serum in 0.1% Triton X-100) for 1 hour at room temperature before being incubated with primary antibody overnight at 4°C. An AlexaFluor®647-conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG (1/1000) was used as the secondary antibody.
