ab10140 at 2.5µg/ml staining SIRT4 in human skeletal muscle tissue section by Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/ PFA fixed paraffin-embedded tissue sections). Tissue underwent antigen retrieval in steam in citrate buffer pH 6.0. AP staining procedure was used for detection.
