ICC/IF image of ab85370 staining of SLC40A1 in rat primary hippocampal cell culture. The sections were incubated in 10% serum to block non-specific protein-protein interactions and in 0.3% triton X to permeabilise the cells. The sections were then incubated with ab85370 (1:1000) for four hours at +24°C, followed by Alexa Fluor 488 conjugated secondary antibody (green staining).
