Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded Human kidney tissue labeling SLC6A19 with ab180516 at 1/100 dilution. Anti-rabbbit HRP secondary antibody was used and cells counterstained with Hematoxylin.  

Immunofluorescent analysis of HeLa cells labeling SLC6A19 with ab180516 at 1/500 dilution. Cells were fixed with 20% Acetone and Goat anti rabbit IgG was used at 1/250 diluton as secondary antibody. Cells were counter-stained with DAPI.
