ab25837 staining human anal cancer tissue sections by IHC-P.  Sections were formaldehyde fixed and subjected to heat mediated antigen retrieval in citrate buffer (pH 6) prior to blocking with 5% serum for 45 mins at 22°C.  The primary antibody was diluted 1/200 and also incubated with the section for 45 mins at 22°C.  A HRP-conjugated goat anti-rabbit was used as the secondary antibody.See Abreview

ab25837 staining Smad Interacting Protein 1 in Human colon cancer cells by Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence. Cells were fixed in paraformaldehyde and permeabilized in 0.2% Triton X-100 prior to blocking in 5% BSA for 1 hour at 25°C.
