Anti-SMURF 2 antibody (ab38543) at 1/100 dilution + Mouse brain tissue lysate
Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human breast cancer tissue reacted with ab38543 at a 1/50 dilution, which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by AEC staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry; clinical relevance has not been evaluated.
